Managing Social Media Connections
You have full control over your social media account connections:
- Connect Multiple Accounts: Link TikTok, Facebook, or Google to your Horekmart account
- Disconnect Accounts: Remove social media connections anytime from your account settings
- Revoke Access: Revoke Horekmart's access through the respective platform's settings
- Data Retention: Disconnecting removes the link but retains your Horekmart account
- Re-authentication: You may need to re-authenticate if you disconnect and reconnect
Disconnecting a social account does not delete your Horekmart account or order history. To fully delete your account and data, please submit a data deletion request.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
- Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active
- Closed Accounts: Certain data retained for legal, tax, and fraud prevention (typically 7 years)
- Social Login Data: Access tokens refreshed or removed based on expiration
- Transaction Records: Order and payment history retained per financial regulations
- Marketing Data: Removed immediately upon opt-out request
Children's Privacy
Horekmart is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
